Activities

Main activities of the CCNPP are as below:

  • Community mobilization and CDC identification
  • CDC elections and re-elections
  • Capacity building of CDCs on rural appraisal, community development plan, social audit, accounting, procurement, filing and record keeping, conflict resolution and other important themes
  • Development baseline survey
  • Work together with CDCs on developing Community Development Plan
  • Assist CDCs in implementation of their priority development projects in terms of project cycle management, financial accounting, procurement, social audit, record keeping and filing
Provide capacity development to Community Led Development Department and other relevant government departments
